I'd like to say I had an amazing experience here, because in the moment it was.
My massage therapist, who I did enjoy, had a runny nose. She said she just had allergies, and I believed her until a day or so later when I got a runny nose (I don't get allergies). I sounded just like she did. The cold progressed and I passed it to my poor 11 month old child. That's what makes me livid. I now have the worst case of sinusitis I have ever had, and last night we had to take our child to primary children's. I'm a stay at home mom, who used to work in the medical field, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that the massage therapist got us sick. There is nothing noble about going to work when you're sick, especially in a field where you work so closely with people. What was suppose to be a day of relaxation and healing for an exhausted mother has turned into a nightmare for my family. Before that I had such an amazing experience, but now... I will never go back there. I don't think their business should suffer from my confession here, I just hope that they take other people into consideration and NEVER go to work sick. You never know how your action to do so can hurt someone.
My first experience having a massage a couple of weeks ago and it was great. Angie made everything feel extremely comfortable and she was nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back to see her again I would most definitely recommend her.. So thank you Angie

Very calming and relaxing. Janelle gave an amazing massage and did a back scrub which felt great and left my problem skin feeling and looking smooth. Amanda gave me a great facial that hydrated and reduced my pore size. Got a deal of Groupon and AI will definitely be back!
What changed my view though is what happened later and is still occurring:
I was gifed a Groupon to here. I called many times and left several voice mails and no one called me back. I finally got ahold of of them to schedule my massage via Facebook Message. When I showed up, the door was locked and the lights were off. I waited for almost 10 minutes and was about to leave when the therapist finally showed up. The massage was mediocre, and I won't be going back.
Thank you for listening.
A very upset mother.
This place is amazing! They have a lot of great therapists, but Karen is my favorite by far. That is the first time I have ever fallen asleep during a massage. Don't waste your time at other places, this place is the best!!
Sincerely,
