I loved the customer service here. We'd gone out as a family to another bowling alley but they didn't have any open lanes because of leagues. One of the employees from Valley Bowling Lanes was that the other place and got in touch with Valley Bowling Lanes to reserve us a lane. We drove over and Sue was awesome :-) she was expecting us and let us pay after so we could decide how many games we wanted to play. Because we were bowling with a toddler we only ended up playing one game so we were glad we didn't pay for more and she was super helpful and nice.
Great Family place! They have done so much to the place! I'm in love with the new bathrooms and the bar! For this place being an old building, there sure is a modern feel to the building! It's the best bowling alley compared to the others out there! Go in there and enjoy yourself by bowling a few games and having lots of fun!
It's a nice place with a more mature crowd but very fun other than one bartender being rude whenever he is there as long as you avoid him you'll have a good time.
Ive been bowling her for awhile now its been my go to for a fun and inexpensive outing with my child and nephews but then when I go in today with 2 other people like most of the time all of a sudden he said it was triple then what I'm use to them charging when I attempted to figure if something changed he become not so nice he didn't care about me or try to make it right I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. He acted as if I was lying about what I have been charged previous.wow MIND BLOWN
Our favorite locally owned lanes. Valley Lanes is a staple in Kearns. I've been going here for over 30 years. I love this place. Fun bar, decent cafe and good bowling.
