Keith Nelson is a fantastic dentist, and he is accompanied by a great staff. Through cosmetic work, they helped me realize a lifelong goal of having a perfect smile.
These guys will turn your 100% of insurance coverage into only 80%. When I informed them that my insurance covers me at 100% for their treatment, they said "That is only 100% of what the insurance company says we charge". Apparently, they go over the allowed amount of coverage, which in turn, sticks the patient with overages. Makes no sense to me or my insurance company. BEWARE unless you want to see a suprise bill.
I had not been to a dentist in 20 years until today! My husband has been a raving fan of Dr. Nelson for years and slowly worked at my phobia caused by a horrible dentist in my teens. After a full cleaning and checkup, I'm happy to report that I survived! I only have 3 little cavities to come back and fill, but I'm sure it'll be a breeze. From massage dental chairs, to aromatherapy, to awesome Chapstick, Signature Smiles is more like a spa than a dental office. I'll definitely be a regular visitor!
I wouldn't go anywhere else for cosmetic work or regular oral hygiene care.
