The flower patch has the best customer service I have ever had. I called and ordered over the phone in a time crunch. They were friendly, gave honest and helpful opinions for arrangements and price ranges, and delivered so quickly I didn't even get a chance to put my debit card back in the wallet. Fresh and beautiful isn't even enough to describe their flowers. A+ flower patch. I will be a lifelong customer.
After ordering online (7:52am), receipt was promptly sent followed up a short while later with a picture of the completed flowers BEFORE they left. An error (my bad) in the address prompted a call for further instructions and receipt sent once the flowers were delivered (10:53am). Great customer service...I'll be using them again! This picture is 3 days after receipt.
Sometimes life is hard and although flowers don't mend all the bad that happens "out there". It really is nice to give something beautiful to someone you love that shows them they are not alone. I know much of the work that happens out in the world goes on without praise. We rarely get the chance to say thank you to the road-worker filling a patch in the street or thank you for feeding my child to the school cafeteria staff. But here I have an opportunity to say thank you to the people who made this gift possible. Thank you to whomever arranged the flowers! This is an expression of art and I value it as such. Thank you to the customer service Representative who I asked about the status of the order and Thank you to the delivery people who brought this to my wife's place of employment.Without all of you as a team this would not have been possible. MADE AN AMAZING CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT! Really cool place to get flowers! I wanted to get something special for my girlfriend, so I called and explained... No problem.. they have awesome customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful employees, beautiful Arrangements, they stock all kinds of flowers fresh, great delivery timing. No bull here..
