I took pictures and videos right after I noticed the damage. Kathy, the apparent receptionist, responded with an email and accused me of doctoring the footage. Then she told me that they were not liable for any damages. She even went as far as mocking me. I was blown away.
I called in the next day and was told by another manager/owner that he wasn't liable and trusted his employees more than me.
I called in and was connected to Danny—who I understand was one of the managers/owners. He refused to help and just kept telling me he was too busy to handle it.
Great people to work with.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I can hardly believe these liars still get any new business. In the last 6 months they have been nothing but a pain. 0 customer service. 0 human consideration. These money hoarders should be shut down.
I was not really happy with how my project went. I was lied too and paid too much.

Very dishonest, they really put people in unfortunate situations.
Dishonest. Damaged my property, refused to pay for it. Accused me of lying about it. Cost me $$$ to fix the repairs out of pocket.
