I had a time sensitive case and needed to open an incorporation fast. Todd had everything completed and ready to go within a few business days. I am more than satisfied with the work he completed. I would definitely recommend Jacobsen Law Firm. You don't need to pay a fortune for the guys downtown.
I can't say anything specific about their business services, but I can say I'm very frustrated with their customer service. I sent an email, left a message and have called several times and always end up getting voicemail. If their business is closed for some reason, an auto-reply email or some sort of indication in the voicemail would have been nice. I contacted this business for the first time last Thursday. It is now Monday and I have heard nothing. I called another firm in Salt Lake just minutes ago and already have an appointment scheduled. If you value your time, don't waste it at Jacobsen Law.
