Painter Bros were exceptional from the beginning. They came for the bid and had copies of license and insurance information. The painter cleaned up and the rooms look fabulous! They finished the job early and when I found a spot that needed touch up, they were back within a few hours. I am so happy we went with Painter Bros. I would recommend them to anyone.
Guys showed up on time, knocked out the project, and cleaned everything up. I've never experienced a painting company this professional before. From start to finish they were awesome!
Scheduled an estimation two weeks in advance. I called them when the estimator was 30 minutes late to their appointment and was told that the estimator "doesn't like doing estimations on Saturday" and that if I was in Weber County or Las Vegas I should go with the Painter Bros, but I would "have better luck going with one a competitor." They were extremely unprofessional.
Worst paint job ever. The project manager is a flake. Not one time did they show up on time to do the work. They missed spots everywhere and left over spray everywhere to clean up. There was over spray on the carpet, Harwood floors, fixtures etc. They poured paint down my shower drain and left it to dry without rinsing it. I had to pick thick globs of paint out of my shower drain. They are great at giving you lip service and sweet on the phone but I would never hire this company again. I received excuse after excuse from their project manager. Do not hire Painter Bros. EVER!
These guys really know how to prep, paint and complete the job. Attention to detail was great. Deserve highest recommendation.
