This place is a joke. Been here a hour for a simple drug test . They say it'll be 30 mins when I got here . Here it's been a hour and still nothing . They skip people . Use another service this is by far the longest I ever waited for a piss test.
Im super upset, i wish I could do more to express my true feelings but I can't, I called to see if I could walk in and the rep took for ever to answer my question. I decide to come in and I waited an hour before I'm told that I needed to provide additional info, finally I get the info they requested but then their systems were running slow.
I got there around 11:20 and left at 12:46 out of frustration and never saw the doctor, by far most unprofessional, slow, inconsiderate and worst experience of my life, as if I wasn't already having a hard time, which is the whole reason I came in.
It's only $35 for a doctor to fill out a physical form for sports for my daughter. They are always quick and friendly and polite, all the staff. Last time we went in they told us the wait would be about an hour and a half and told us we could go to the one in Sandy We did that and were able to get into that clinic quickly.
Instead of saying. Have a nice day!. I told the woman on the front desk. Have a day you deserve... let karma sort her out.
awful service, either retrain or fire the entire staff.
I waited over an hour for them to read a TB test my employer required which took literally 5 seconds to do. Don't go there if you have a choice. Horrible practice.
