Took my jacket in to be repaired. They weren't able to repair it but they did replace it with another jacket for free. I'm now a Black Diamond customer for life. Great customer service.
You pay for the high quality products at Black Diamond. I have 10 year old skins for my skis that still work great. Their products are built to last.

I purchased a headlamp from Black Diamond and upon using it discovered that it had a slight imperfection, I contacted their customer service and to make a long story short.... I was blown away at their amazing customer service!!
