What impressed me was the person who seemed to be in charge noticing the leak as I was using it. Totally unsolicited, he walked over and tried to hand me several quarters to get extra time. I turned him down since, really, the leak was no big deal. The offer was appreciated, though, and I'll likely be back because of it.
Equipment did not work properly and the machine charged me $12 for just for two cycles but transaction posted as $4. Strange! Was not able to switch the type of wash during a cycle.
I've only washed my SUV here once, so consider my 5-star review with that in mind.

This is a fairly inexpensive, basic, clean, do-it-yourself car wash that takes credit cards in the bays. I don't need or want the more expensive, up-scale car washes. I was glad to see this place was still there after my usual location, further up the street, was torn down.
Liked that the machines switched options quickly and didn't drain your time. Plenty of space so you have time to clean without pressure
The place and the equipment are more than a few years old, but again, I don't need anything fancy as long as things work.
While using the brush to clean the car, the hose connection was leaking just a little. Hey, no big deal; I'm in a self-serve car wash and I expect a few drops of suds and water to get on me.
