I used their monthly membership, and loved it! Great service and they provide excellent value. The best part was when I moved off the Wasatch Front and had to cancel my membership. They provided excellent customer service during the cancellation!!! I would recommend them to everyone. If I move back into the area, I won't hesitate to be their customer again! They could teach every business how to be reputable! A++++
Facilities seemed nice. However, for $15 they left bug splatters on my car. Didn't check until I got home, wasn't something I would have thought of checking before leaving. Will remember for next time.
Went there to have my interior and exterior done. The wash was weak, there were bugs left on my wind shield and front end. They took 45 minutes to do the interior. When they asked if there was anything that still needed work I told them the bugs, and there was some streaks on the interior of my door. I also pointed out the center console had some smudging on it. They also did not finish vacuuming the driver's side. They responded to this and stated they were short staffed and it was the best they could do. Afterwards I went to Dollar Tree and got some Auto wipes. It took me all of 30 seconds to clean the console and the door. VERY disappointed. Waste of $30 and with them taking 45 minutes, my car should have been spotless.
Overall this is a decent place to get a quick carwash. The staff worked quickly and the price is fair for a basic wash but, detail services are a bit pricey for the quality of job that they preformed.
GO EARLY. I came here once EARLY morning, as they were opening, loved it. Unfortunately any other time of day, the 8.00 wash with free vacuums isn't as great. During the busy time they didn't wipe my car at all while going through the wash and vacuums didn't work at ALL! (No suction nozzle kept falling off). I just went home and used my own vacuum (I drive for lyft). The first time however was excellent, my advice: Go early!!
