Employing her is a waist of tax payers money. Get us someone that can help/assist us... please.
seems to be lots of confusion as to whom to talk to when there is an issue for a deceased person. tried to get help for my deceased cousin and what papers were needed. it honestly took about 20 days from the initial call to get it all sorted out, i just think there is a lot of improvement that could be done at that office. even being in person seemed to not help much. unless they had new people whom just did not know what they were supposed to be doing. but i won't have to deal with them anymore. i'm moving out of state. hopefully someone will straighten out the confusion in that office someday
I hope this Justice Courts Administration reads these reviews and replaces the woman who answers the phone. She's rude, she's disrespectful, and when your phone call is over, you're not in a better situation or don't have any more answers to your questions as you did before you called... she's useless,.. I called to get information on a ticket I had that I was late calling on,.. and she said because I didn't have the citation number,.. that she didn't know how to help me and that I should just come in to the courthouse at 8:00am the following day... which would more then likely be a waist of my time and theirs...
I got a driving citation and this assholes sent me a letter to go to jail. Wtf?!!! Detention center told me to go to city hall to get an updated original file. The stupid girl at the front desk. Scratched the date of the court date and added the new date "and said it was already updated?" i went back to detention center. But they would not take anything scratched out. So i went back to city hall and the supervisor or whatever she was said it was a mistake they don't send people to jail for an infraction, right? Government is filthy and not just that, stupid also. Glad i don't have to go to jail because of my infraction i rather laugh than cry... I hope they don't send me to jail to say they are dumb
Very hard to deal with. Everyone who works here is very uncooperative. The hours are also trash. The only times I can call are when they are closed.
the lady who answered the phone was no help I asked her about traffic school and she said come in cause I don't have time to help you or tell you the information you need. What is your job then ? Worthless people working here.
And I feel like her job is to "help" the public when they call and to help the public solve their business they have with the Courthouse. So that things get done,.. so that peope pay their fines and come to court...
