Shane and his team are hands down the best group of agents I have ever worked with. I have owned multiple businesses through the years and have dealt with dozens of agents and companies. Shane is the only agent I have ever worked with who has cared about me as a person long after I've purchased a policy. Lots of agents treat you like royalty when they are trying to get you signed but once their commission check has been cut they seem to always send you to voicemail or to their assistant. Not Shane, he is always there for me when I need him, even if all I need is a question answered about how something works or why something occurred.
