Good insurance company. However don't expect them to let you know if there are better rates or your current insurance company is leaving state unless you ask. My company thru them was pulling out of Utah and tripled rates. Not only did the ins co. Not notify me, neither did Archibald. When I said I felt they should have let me know and been comparison shopping for me he laughed saying that was up to me. Really? My new insurance company doesn't think so. I was with them for years and really like Archibald but that was a huge turn off. They should be looking out for customers. How was I supposed to know the company was going to raise rates because they were pulling out of Utah. Just felt I deserved a little better
