This is the only liquor store that's open later that's downtown. For that reason it is absolutely packed later in the evenings. Parking is a nightmare!
Over all, I enjoy finding new products here, such as recently discovering the seasonal blueberry wine, as well as many items I already enjoy!
Nothing is kept refrigerated. Closed Sundays and holidays.
I went near closing time on a Saturday. The selection of beer is fine, but the people were amazing. The staff was nice, but the customers are quite the cross section of SLC! There was quite the mix of college age kids, people just looking for a drink, and a whole pile of homeless folks. Quite the cultural experience!
Average state liquor store, but nice people. Best of all was the lot attendant marshalling in vehicles like aircraft! That was top shelf and he was very courteous...nice work young man!
Google asks, "can you buy kegs here?" The answer is you can only buy kegs in Utah by meeting certain license requirements (utah state liquor license, etcetera), so the individual cannot buy kegs legally, and they can't transport them across state lines. If police catch you your car may be impounded, the keg will be confiscated, and then there are fines.

This place is alright except for the cashier with green hair who has a problem with customers and know little to nothing about alcohol. When asking about milk stouts, not only did she have no clue what they were and decide to make rude comments but she also decided to add "I'm a bottom shelf connoisseur" (didn't ask what you drink and very unhelpful). By the way milk stouts are not cream liquors but nice try.
Some of the staff are absolutely awesome and will go out of their way to answer questions and help. Other staff are down right rude.
