The court is just a sceem to abuse you when you have the proof and they don't at all.
They only care about money. Just like any other court but they really hand out extremely HIGH fines. I was unable to pay my fine for a little while due to not having unemployment, i got a job and i call in to see what the amount was and it's over a thousand dollars, because of "interest" for a simple traffic violation!!! I was already having a hard time with the initial fine and now i am never going to get out from under this considering my living expenses, ect. Just ridiculous.
the rudest group of people ive ever come across called to tell them i could not make it because i had two sick kids and no one to watch them it was raining out and i would be on the bus the lady who ignored my request for her name then stated if i dont come a warrent will be issued for my arrest then i asked to speak with somneone else and she hung the phone up on me. i of course called back asked why she hung the phone up she denieded it at first then started calling ME rude. all this over a no proof of insurance ticket all this after showing up last month and the month before sitting in the court keeping my 2 toddlers quiet and them rescheduling me! i dont see how people like this keep their jobs!!!!!!! well i finally got a hold of another worker there who was willing to give me her name, which was kristi, and who was willing to help me get a different day so i didnt have to take my kids out so i would like to at least thank her and point out someone in that office had some human compassion and was helpful
The court system is very Professional and courteous, I'm very happy to be dealing with these guys.
They are unfriendly, and everyone that works there from the people at the desk to the police at the door treat everyone there for court or to pay a ticket is inferior to them. Also unwilling to answer questions, I was trying to get an understanding of the system the officers use while pulling someone over and the people I talked to either didn't answer or have me a vague half answer. If I am seeking knowledge about the justice system that is supposed to protect the community, I think it is really important that the police or sheriffs I ask are willing to help me learn more. I am very disturbed by this. My questions are unanswered, since the protectors of the community are unwilling to help share knowledge I will have to Google it.
