Wings good. Customer service not so much. Totally Half-Wayed the pepperoni pizza because the pepperoni's were minimal. I guess not as good as past Big Daddy's experiences. Doubt I will go back though.
This location has the worst customer service, I normally only use the West Valley location but being disabled every once in a blue moon I order for delivery and that means I have to deal with this location and it is literal hell every time. The guy that takes the order is rude and they don't do the things you order extra. Big daddy's is the best pizza place taste wise that I've found since I moved here but I hate having to use the SLC store for delivery.
The manager and driver at this location were huge jerks to me and very unreasonable when they never prought me my pizza. This location is poorly managed go anywhere else.
We ordered pickup over the phone and stopped by to pick it up 20 minutes later. The employee was friendly and professional and most importantly, the pizza and garlic cheesy bread were delicious. If you don't want delivery to take forever or have issues with the online ordering, just do things the old fashioned way and you'll be fine. Will order again.
