Nicest movie theater I have yet to go to in Salt Lake County! Leather reckoning seats, always clean and always taken care of.
I usually come here on Tuesdays because it is $5 movie day every single Tuesday of the week! Yay! The quality of your movie experience is awesome and it seems like they are continually doing upgrades and really investing in making this theater great.
I love everything about this theater except for one thing. Concessions are handled so poorly. Whether the lines are long or not it takes forever to get snacks. Instead of separating the various into separate areas (e.g. popcorn, drinks, and cashier) like you see at almost every theater in this country, everything is done by one individual. It frequently takes way too long for them to realize that they need to open another line and when they finally open a new line instead of inviting someone who has been waiting in line for 20 minutes they serve whoever gets to them first. Sometimes it's someone that just walked in. This was very poorly thought out and needs to be fixed. If have given this theater 5 stars if concessions were the least bit acceptable. It's so bad I have to drop them all the way to 3 stars.
Every time we go to a movie, my daughter's first question isn't which movie, but are we going to the Cinemark in Sugarhouse? Ever since they updated the screens and seats, this is easily our favorite place to watch a movie. The seating is limited, so shows sell out fast, but this keeps the crowds and distractions down. It also leaves a lot of room for the seats. Each seat is its own lazy boy. It's the most comfortable I've been while watching a movie. The workers are all movie buffs and enjoy talking about their favorite movies. The theater is clean. No better place to see a movie in the area.
This theatre is known for its incredible seating. All seats are comfortable, luxury recliners and they are amazing. Book in advance because showing sell out due to less seating in the theatre. This could've easily been a 5 star rating if I would've received decent service. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Shame.
Always a good time when I come here. If you download the Cinemark app you can start to accumulate points for purchases and then you're able to use them towards rewards at the theater!
Customer service was excellent though.
The bathroom was horrible! The concession area was littered with paper, bits of food and the tables were sticky.
