Nice place... huge theatres ... worth the experience. Did the guy at the snack bar really ask if I would like my change? Is this a normal question? Am I supposed to tip? I watch a lot of movies and travel to a lot of movie theatres and that the first I've heard of someone asking if I would like my change. Also, cleaning crew is supposed to make some sort of an effort to conceal supplies for cleaning theatres. Dust pans and brooms everywhere. Over flowed trash ... wow.
Go to Regal much better seats and service!!!!
Been waiting 25 Minutes for treats we ordered, we are late for movie now. Never ever will I come here again for a movie!! Hire some help at prime movie time, now hard to figure out.
Generally I prefer the LHM Megaplex theaters. But this is my least favorite one of the chain. Slow service, poor parking options and minimal food choices. Do yourself a favor and go to another megaplex.
Movie theatre was clean and well kept. The chairs were very uncomfortable. My legs kept falling asleep and made my back ache, my friend that attended with me, said her butt hurt and she kept moving side to side to find a place that it didn't hurt. I also noticed the people around us sitting sideways and moving their legs a lot. The place needs better chairs. Also for the first half of the movie the subtitles were off the screen and couldn't be read. Poor set up.
Great place to see a movie. I like this theatre, despite the fact that The Gateway is kind of going down hill. They have great customer service and plenty of screens
