I had a coupon to get into the museum and did not realize it had expired till I gave it to cashier. Upon giving it to her she said she need to speak to manager and manger said no can t use. At least offer a discount as I had a lot of kids and adults with me.

Things to improve:

2) Offer more science lessons throughout.

Wasn't notified about 5 school bus loads of children before paying. Would not have paid had I known that my kid would get shoved around by a bunch of obnoxious, unsupervised brats. Not sure which school it was, but the teachers were sitting around talking to each other letting the kids they were responsible for run wild. Not to mention, some of the IT exhibits were either broken, or not working at all. May be time for a new IT tech. Also, the ticket price is high enough already, paid $30 for my 3 year old, adults shouldn't be charged because there's nothing there for adults. Shouldn't have to pay more to use certain activities, like the hurricane simulator. Thanks for ripping us off! Would have rated 0 if it were an option.

1) Would love faster check-in for members. Why not offer an NFC-based card, so one can tap to check in (like many transit agencies do). Would pay more for this option, and it’d save you labor costs.

I had won the pass at a fundraiser and didn't even realize they expire. Place was not clean, a lot a lot of people and confusion. Visitors are very disrespectful, as well as their children.

This place is a wonderland for toddlers. Fantastic interactive displays, games, and exhibits. Children can spend hours here.

Brought my daughter and nephew here and they had a great time cheap ticket prices lots and lots of things for kids to do things to learn things to explore I mean this place is huge and things to stimulate every part of their brain it's a great place bring your kids here again to have a good time so will you I mean I'm 28 years old and I had a blast playing in there.. that miniature construction zone and miniature grocery store Miniature Market your kids can dress up and deliver mail they can be firefighters I mean it's Limitless here I mean there's so much to do

Came here for a birthday party. My younger nephews 4 yrs old and 5, had a lot of fun. They didn’t want to go home! The older ones 9 and up got bored quick. Staff was very friendly. We got in free cause of the party but I don’t know if would pay the price to come back.
