Kind of a bleak place. Not designed well. Owners don't seem to pick up poop. Very aggressive dogs @ 1:30 pm Tuesday. Possibly because of mostly indoor poorly socialized dogs. Owners slow and inept to respond. However, I'm a glad to see ANY dog park.
Great place to take your dogs. Could use some lights for when it gets dark so early
Used to live across the street and took our pups here all the time. Not so sure of the new gravel that was placed over the last summer. Might help with the winter snow though. Usually pretty busy with a wide variety of dogs to play with.
I love going to this park! There's always so many dogs running around! My dog loves it here and whines when we can't go.
This place has been a bit long in the tooth for a while, but they just redid the whole place in the last month, or two, so any complaints from old reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt. It's really been spruced up recently.
I came here initially because it was supposed to be a Pokemon nest site. It doesn't seem to fulfill that goal. It does seem to meet the important needs of being an off the leash dog park in an area I sometime have a dog that would like to do some running. Yes, Liberty park is nearby. Yes, it's nicer. Yes more people walk and run with their dogs there. However, it's not off leash.
