We recently had a newborn with heart complications & spent a month in SLC while he was being cared for. I had to receive some of my medications from my doctor to the pharmacy & had questions about what it would interfere with (as far as breast milk) & the pharmacy staff went above & beyond helping me out, finding the answers & even calling me with additional information after we'd left.
They were professional, courteous & a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with the entire operation at PCH, especially the pharmacy !
The only reason this pharmacy and staff are in business is that they have a government granted monopoly on selling prescription drugs. Their service is probably one of the worst in the state. Their staff is arrogant and rude at times.

I use this pharmacy out of convenience of location, but I have never had so many poor experiences at a pharmacy. From absurd wait times to not having or being able to order my medication and even providing me with the wrong items in my prescription. They also consistently unnecessarily order me the more expensive versions of my medication even when I request them to order the other available option.
