I had my sewer pipe relined. Huge job. Had to have them come back twice because the job was not done right. Now I’ve had the fix a leaky faucet in my front yard. The plumber who came was inpatient and acted like he didn’t want to do the job. After he left it began leaking just as bad or worse. I’ve called and complained and am waiting for someone to fix it or give me my money back. I will never have any work done here again and will let all my neighbors and friends know about their poor customer service.
Kevin and Lisa were great! They both were very patient and went beyond expectations to explain to me what was happening, why it might be happening, and what to expect in the future.
We had an A/C unit installed in our house. There were some installation issues that made a 2 day job last 3 weeks, but Friendly Plumbing staff stuck with me until the problems were resolved.
All this being said, they were extremely patient and explained a lot to us about our new house. We're very happy to have used them for our initial assessment, but advise to get second opinions.
Brady has been great to work with! He came to inspect our leak quickly after receiving our request and has been in constant contact with me during the process. He's also given me a lot of other plumbing tips that have helped fix problems before they start! I appreciate Brady's communication and ability to resolve our issue. I'd recommend him to anyone!
Friendly Plumber's service has been great. I first used them when I had an urgent problem and they were able to come out right away when no one else could. Every time since they have responded quickly. Their service people are very good. Mitchell came out twice this week for different problems. He knew what he was doing, explained things clearly, and was polite and thoughtful in answering my questions. Mike also did an excellent job earlier this fall.

Friendly Plumber's assessment of our pipes was sounded very convincing at the time. We had another company come in to check price, and they said there wasn't even a problem - that Friendly Plumber was going to charge to fix something that wasn't broke. They advised it was something to watch and it might be a problem in 5 or 10 years. We were astonished, as Friendly Plumber quoted the unnecessary work at $15,000 and made it sound like we needed it as soon as possible. We had a third assessment who agreed that Friendly Plumber was recommending unnecessary services. They're a good company to figure out every little thing that might ever go wrong, but I wouldn't actually listen to them to figure out what you need to fix now. We should have known when they refused to share the video and photos with us.
I will call again.
I gave them another chance when my water heater failed. This time the installation went perfect and the finished work was better than we started with. Ryan H. contacted me several times through the process to update me on progress and explain options. He also was careful to route pipes out of the way and make everything easy to access. When the job was done he explained what I can do to improve the life of my new water heater.
