This was such a easy process from scheduling the appointment having Derek wright a quote to completing the job. He diagnosed We had a leak in our water main in the front yard they quote he gave me was very competitive if not much lower than I thought. They gave me a couple options as far as materials to use and explained each option. The job was completed in a couple hours and everything was back to normal. Derek even went the extra mile during this job and fixed something at no cost to me! I will defiantly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
This place is awesome! I had not been able to kick on my furnace for a long time so i made an appointment, they called ahead before they came thru and they were able to get my furnace on no problem. My guys name was Austin he was polite, professional and took the time to let me know what was going on with the system. Would definitely use these guys again.
Jason, and the girls answering the phones, were very kind and understanding of my work schedule. They worked hard to make sure the work was done as soon as possible, with little to no inconvenience to me. Knowing they will not charge more than necessary, and for the fact they were so quick and considerate, we will definitely be using them again in the future.
Great experience. I called regarding a water hammer. I was especially concerned because I had a new pressure regulator valve installed only 5 months ago. EB was my tech and arrived within the hour. He spent adequate time checking things out and clearly explained in a way I could understand what the culprit was and how he could fix it. EB was very thorough, professional and friendly all at the same time. I appreciate the quick response, fair price and quality work I received. This is the third time I've used My Buddy the Plumber Heating & Air. I will continue being a repeat customer and highly recommend their services.
It's never a great experience to find out you have roots growing in your sewer line but Jason from My Buddy the Plumber was great to make sure the work was done quickly, and done well. As soon as I was told about the roots all I could think of is, "How much is that going to cost?!". Thankfully, for me, they were very reasonably priced.
These guys are the best! We had an urgent call from a tenant after hours. Amazingly Matt appeared. He was so great! He diagnosed the problem right off the bat! Fixed it right away. We had no idea there were still companies that really believed in customer service! We couldn't more highly recommend them!
