Really an awful and worthless company to begin with. I've been living at my current house in Salt Lake City for a year-and-a-half now, and the rental company doesn't dare reply to any of our work orders. I think the last one they responded to was about a year ago and that was after we sent a work order for a broken dryer multiple times over several months.
I highly suggest you do business elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs. It sounds like they obviously don't know what they're doing or do not care about their customers whatsoever
