Horrible! Mismanaged joke. Keep looking. Maintenance requests are just ignored. Paying rent on time consistently results in voicemails saying you're getting a late charge for not paying your rent, only to call and have the management say, "oh, I guess I see your check right here on my desk." Almost every month. Don't believe all of the great 5-star reviews on their site and others - they pay tenants in gift cards to write those. Utility bills through their "garbage service" were consistently incorrect, requiring more phone calls and wasted time to clear up the issues. And you get a mandatory $40/month fee for a trash valet service. This is someone who comes at night and picks up the trash bag you leave outside your apartment door who walks it 30 feet down the hallway to put it in the trash chute. Really? There's a chute on every floor. Bikes are stolen out of the locked bike rooms all the time. Neighbors smoking weed. Outdoor spaces were rarely open, constant construction noise, and flooding in a bunch of the units. And the building was virtually brand new when we moved in. What a year. We'll definitely never be renting from a Seasons property again. Seasons, can I still have my $20 gift card for this review?
Great Apartment Community. Great Management Team. Safe and very convenient. The location is fantastic in the heart of downtown Salt Lake. The amenities are amazing and the staff are super friendly.
It pays to read reviews when looking for a place. I am very meticulous when it comes to things like apartment. I spent months looking, researching, and reading reviews of different apartments in salt lake. Some have great amenities, but poor management, some are cheap up front but so many hidden fees (which is actually the downfall of most most apartments). Some apartments are almost perfect with their pricing, manangement and amenities but they are in a bad and unsafe environment. I came to know Seasons and their good rating is a manifestation how amazing this place is. They earned their reviews. The management is versatile. They are very accomodating. Maintenance emergency is one call away. Clean and very aromatic hallways. Safe environment. This place is worth every penny. If you want comfort, safety, and a home you look forward to after a stressful day at work, I highly recommend this place. I really love living here. All of the common areas are consistently clean and look really nice. Also, the neighbors are extremely quiet. I can never hear them. They are by far the quietest and nicest apartments I have ever lived in.
It's a great place to live. Best location to access downtown and so convenient. I loved the amenities too.
