The lot fee has become extraordinarily too high to the point where you can't sale even if you have a perfect low sale price, nobody wants to pay $657 for a lot fee! The pool is never taken care of correctly. For how much people are paying there are zero upgrades the electrical meters aren't correct the heat distribution in the winter is astronomical I'm paying more than I did for my five bedroom home that was 5000 ft.². These are type of things it should be taking care of that have never been taken care of. The new playground area is ridiculous it's sucks . They took out everything that was fun the basketball court. The bench for parents to sit while they watch their children play it's still a rock zone and not woodchips. There's so much that can be done specifically when it's the highest charged lot fee out of any Park in Utah
Staff and landlords are great. Neighbors can be scary. Crime is common unfortunately. With sufficient security this could make a decent home.

This community is nice and clean but the cost is very expensive to be a mobile home and the gas is also very expensive and has a large problem of Parking space the has a contract with a company called Guillermo blanco towing that takes the cars even if it is well parked That because they are not visitors is dumb the for a house that only want them to have 2 cars in each home should make the parking lot bigger and let the residents park in the parking without restrictions.
The manager is not pleasant to deal with whatsoever but the place itself is beautiful
