Love love love skechers . Sketchers is the only brand I wear. I have tried other brands and have never been happy. I'm always sorry I wasted my mom on anything else. You can find just about any type of shoes you need or want. I have 2 kids that are not stop growing. They out grow there she's before They have time to wear them down. Lol For this reason I highly recommend you check out there clearance section. You can get some amazing deals. I can almost always get shoes for me and my 2 kids .(unless mom can't decide on 1 pair) lol . My last trip to a sketcher store was for my birthday so I kinda spoiled myself :0)
Parking sucks, but it will be better soon. The prices are ok, everything is always "on sale", but it's not too know that you can probably find what you want in your size.
I walked up to the cash register with 3 pairs of shoes. I got two shoes with their buy one get one half off deal. The cashier then told me that if I signed up for emails etc. I would get points towards my next purchase in the amount of $10, So of course I signed up. Then she said it would take anywhere from 24-48hours for me to use the points so I must wait 2days. I came back to the store 3days later (72hours+) with a coworker to buy the third pair that I had already picked out. It came time to check out and I was utterly embarrassed in front of my coworker. The cashier asked me for my email and started "looking up the points" after some time she asked me to use my phone to login on the website to find my points and an E-code?" when I couldn't find what she asked she collected my phone to put in the information herself, then after about 10 minutes of confusion and rubbish, she wrote down the customer service number and told me to call them to ask for my points. By the way, this was the same cashier in the store 3days ago that told me to wait and come back. Not once did she apologize, she recognized who I was and was even counting the number of days since I was last in the store. I simply DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO! I waited 3days (72hours), drove 20mins from work, and brought an additional customer to buy more shoes. I definitely would not be back here. If not for their lies, I would have bought the shoes that day and all of this would have been avoided.
I love this Sketchers store. I love the customer service I received. There is a sweet girl named Erica that helped so much. She genuinely cares about your experience at her store. This is what will bring customers back to this store for all of their Sketchers/shoe needs ❤
This store is far larger than outlet store in Tanger outlet at Park City. They also has more kinds of shoes for men, women, and children. Price of clearance items are very reasonable. However, staffs are not friendly.
