This produce section is out of your world Amazing! If you love trying different types of produce and enjoy cooking dishes with quality ingredients then you will love the options that this store gives you. I am still getting used to the layout of the rest of the store (it can be a little bit confusing to find things)but that aside, I love all of the healthy options that you have to choose from here. I also like that they promote/offer foods that I thought I could only get at the Farmer's market! Best place to shop for groceries in Salt Lake.
Not terrible, but not great. They have a decent selection, but are over-priced (even for a Harmon's), and a lot of mediocre items. I purchased two separate pre-made pastas from this location, one which was Harmon's brand and one which was not. Both of them were absolutely inedible- they tasted like expired powdered milk. When we tried to return the items (two items out of a $100 shopping trip), we were told (NOT nicely, may I add), that they couldn't be returned "because they had been cooked". Yeah... kinda needed to cook them to know they didn't taste good! Anyway, I won't lose any sleep over it, but I don't think I'll bother to return to this location. As a Chef, I spend a LOT of money on fine ingredients, but I prefer to spend my money where it's appreciated, and where the ingredients justify the cost. Thanks!
This is a fantastic grocery store. The location is excellent and the building is beautiful. The food tends to be more expensive than other grocery chains, but it is implied that the food is higher quality. The bakery items are great and the hot and cold food bars have a great selection for lunch, though the price isn't much different than a local restaurant.
Having Harmons right downtown is great. It's always very clean and it is easy to notice from traffic. Parking is covered and the store always has a great selection. I like stopping by to pick up fresh items for lunch, or treats for the office.
Nice place to hang out at the downtown. They have free parking. There are a lots of options to eat. We had the ice cream and it was awesome. Very neat grocery store and is well stocked. Only thing was water tank was not working and maintained badly. Otherwise go here when ever you go to Utah downtown.
