All employees in the pharmacy and jewelry counter are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have been coming to this Smith's before I it was Smith's. In my experience, only the pharmacy and jewelry personnel remember my name. I'm probably at Smith's at least 3 times a week. Sometimes I feel as though I'm not even recognized if I'm not at one of the two areas I just mentioned.
We love having a Smith's nearby. This one is always busy. If you are looking for Smith's fuel it is down the street (going west on 33rd South on the right) from the store. It's always busy too with lots of traffic from the neighboring stores.
Though they carry a strangely small selection of yogurt.
Meat counter, bakery, deli and sushi bar are clean and good quality for a grocery store. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner.
This is my favorite Smith's to go to. Even with the construction, making it an extra 10 minutes drive, I still prefer this one. It is always clean. The staff is always friendly. If a product on sale is out, they will give you a similar product at the sale price. The food selection is also always great and fresh here.
Occasionally, I'll go to Harmon"s, its closer. When I use my debit card there, just like I do at Smith's, they always look at me and say thank you using my name. They certainly make you feel more valued. Perhaps Smith's could train their cashiers to do the same.
Pharmacy SUCKS. Don't fill prescriptions here. They are totally overrun.
This service is so awesome!! I'm not always able to get to the store and clicklist has solved the problem. I have been so pleased with the produce, dairy and meat. My order had been perfect each time. It has been delivered with pleasant people and on time. Thank you for offering this service!!
I get my garden gear and groceries here. Good selection. Well organized stock. Usually fast competent cashiers. Courteous and prompt returns through Customer Service.
As an added bonus, they offer free individual fruit for hungry kids in produce. There's a large organic, bulk and... I guess "green" brands. Reasonable prices on pet food, with good variety.
