Been climbing here for about 10 years. Gym is good. People that climb here are great. Staff is really poor and customer service is terrible. I’ve been asking them to fix a machine in the workout area for years and they don’t do anything about it. I would climb elsewhere if there was a place nearby.

This place is not adequately staffed during busy times. Estimates wait for a top rope belay check was 15 minutes. Also at $22.50 for a day pass it is by far the most expensive rock gym I have been to. There is no lower bouldering only price. There are no auto belays so if you go by yourself you are paying 22.50 to boulder.

Thy also have the highest day pass rate I have seen anywhere (including Chicago, Los Angles, and Denver.) Almost as much as a month at some less expensive gyms.

Lead climbing is recommended as they have dedicated wall space, but be warned: starting November 25 2017 they require assisted belay decides on all lead climbs. Obviously it's for safety reasons so I can't complain.

I love this gym! I got a membership here because of the amenities: sauna, few unlimited yoga, 10% back on purchases, cardio and full weights area, climbing treadmill, food truck nights, movie nights, and a great atmosphere.

Edit June 2017:

Nice gym. Also very expensive for a day pass! Tons of bouldering space. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Huge walls. Most of the boulder area is really challenging. They just need a few more easy problems for when you are tired and want to still bolder. There is workout equipment too.

I tried climbing gyms about 10-15 years ago... WOW, things have changed for the better. What a difference! This place is amazing. It's not the great outdoors, but I actually look forward to going here every chance I get. I can't get enough. And all of the extras make a big difference. It's fun and you can get a great workout while you're there too. Thanks, to the amazing staff. This place has made my transition back into climbing a fun experience.

Bouldering is typically very popular and you'll need to wait a bit to climb during busy times, but you'll get your chance.

There's enough wall space to top rope even on the busiest days.

We love coming to this gym!! Beautiful facility. Love the climbing and the yoga classes. Never too crowded to climb. The staff are amazing. The staff and the other gym members have been so sweet and encouraging towards our kids who are learning to climb. Our son is taking private climbing lessons with Douglas Hunter who is an awesome coach and mentor! We highly recommend him. His lessons are very reasonably priced and definitely worth it. We love that we can come spend family time together and get a great workout in at the same time.
