The parking lot attendant right by Lumpy's put me in a awkward position Friday night. When I pulled up he told me tips are appreciated and then asked me if I wanted to tip him! What kind of nonsense is that? He didn't park my car!!!! And he was talking my money to pay for parking! How does that equal a tip? I gave him a dollar because I felt uncomfortable! But he didn't do anything except take my money he didn't scan my ticket for me! I did it myself so I didn't have to tip him again! Demanding a tip to take my money is beyond rude! If you tell your attendants to ask for a tip shame on you! I don't think tipping someone to take my money without parking my car is tacky! I can see tipping a valet service but not a parking lot attendant! I felt if I didn't tip something would happen to my car! That shouldn't be the case to feel intimidated to park your car!
