Affordable parking but my issue is with "restaurant" validation. We spent $17 on lunch in the food court but they don't validate. There should be an exception clause..."food purchased in the food court comes from food vendors not restaurants and they are not authorized to validate". To save $2.00 on parking you must check prior to ordering to see if the establishment is classified as a restaurant or simply a place that prepares and serves food. The food court was packed with people ordering a meal, sitting at tables, and consuming their meal. I know this is petty but do not offer a free hour of parking with restaurant validation if only select places validate.
I feel like this parking is a service. The first two hours of parking is free. Mind you, this is almost impossible to find in Salt Lake city.
The easiest and most efficient paid parking lot I've ever been in. Clean and the first 2 hours are free!
I don't know what in the world was happening at the parking exit machines, but for some reason people couldn't pay the box. All four lanes stood still waiting to get out from the parking lot. I'd like to suggest to the parking garage management that there is an on duty attendant or a PREPAID ONLY lane after the attendants go home.
This is a great place to park your car if you're headed to the City Creek Mall for some shopping. The first two hours are free too. It's a very well lit parking place and the parking deck has a really grippy coating on it.
