When the shuttle arrived, there was plenty of room for all of us, but the driver allowed a couple on before us saying they had waited longer. They were on our same flight. Then the driver refused to help us after my husband questioned him. Our companion had just had knee replacements and couldn't lift her own bag. We even offered him a tip and he refused it. Think twice... Have NO medical needs, and be ready to be wrong. There driver made sure we knew we were!!
I've paked at this lot many times for my business trips. This past Friday I was going on a family vacation and was going to use this lot. However, I was rudely told I had to make a reservation. I was told to go to Diamond down the street. Well that's what we did and that's what I will do from know on. All the times I used this lot I was never told I needed to make reservations. The kid in your booth needs training on how to treat paying customers.
I’ve been using park n jet for years and I am done. 45 minute wait. The driver is unable to move let alone lift a bag. He was all sorts of put out by customers wanted to get on. 6 diamond buses came before 1 park n Jet. Should’ve just walked to economy parking would’ve been easier. This is the third time in a row it’s been this way. Steer clear if you’re not willing to wait an hour, and be an inconvenience to everyone that works for them.
From drop off to pick up, we had a very pleasant experience with park n jet. They were fast, courteous, and treated me and my family well. We even got a great discount from their website. From start to finish it was a flawless experience.

UPDATE- Manager contacted me about my experience. She apologized for how I was treated so I decided to try one more time. Had the girl in the booth just given me her number in the first place this bad review may have been avoided. Will update as soon as I see how it goes. .........I've parked here for 7 years, 150 to 200+ days a year and this is my first complaint. My complaint is more about how I was treated by the staff then the incident itself. Used to be a decent place but has gone down hill. Today I was first in line at the airport, waited for 40 minutes for a pick-up, the driver Steve picked up a ton of others who got there after me, when I complained his response was "how was he supposed to know" and I was left there for the next shuttle which was another 15 minutes. It took over an hour from the phone call until they got me to their lot. Last straw was when I got to the booth and asked for the managers number and the girl working there refused to give it to me, that's a clear indication of the customer service they offer. I guess I don't really need the managers number, I will simply take my 150- 200+ days of parking elsewhere. Time to switch to Diamond, this place has never recovered since they lost half their lot. There are some very good people that work there, however, the service I received today by the driver and the girl in the booth was completely unacceptable and I will never go back.
