All I wanted to know was if they carried a certain product, not get some long winded spiel about the product in relation to other animals like a dog when I am using it for ferrets while already working with people who have been raw feeding ferrets for over 30 years.
Desert Raw is one of the best pet shops in Utah and has the most knowledgeable owners, hands down. Both Luke and Aspen are kind, willing to go the extra mile, and they take time to understand what you're looking for. They truly care about the health of pets and they have been a fantastic resource in my journey of raw feeding. My cats have loved the food I've bought there and I've even gotten a few little freebies for them. My Luna kitty visited the shop and had a blast there! If I ever have a question about pet nutrition, health, or food, I know I can count on Desert Raw!

Good treats selection and cute dog toys. Got samples of dog food so i could see what works best for my doggo.
I wanted to visit this place, but no thank you. I don't need other people to just shove their own opinions down an already experienced feeder's throat.
Just recently went in since Orijen moved to the US it hasn't been agreeing with my pups. Talked to the owner about my problem and ended up on dehydrated food which my pups love. Owner is very smart ! He's a good person to listen to. Good prices, a little bit above chewy for the dehydrated food but I'd rather buy local anyways to support 'em. They have fridges lining the wall for their raw diets. I highly recommend going!
While they offered to special order, I'd just get it somewhere else after this experience, especially if I don't need to wait on special ordering too.
