We love this place! Especially during the winter time when we can't shower our pups outside. We take our dogs in for showers everyone in a while and it's so convenient. They provide everything and clean up after us. It's so nice not having to do it at home and clogging up the pipes. Plus the staff is always super nice! Major thumbs up. We visit this store every month to wash our big dogs. They are very helpful and informative. The prices are great and there are lots of treat and food options to look through after the wash. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to clean their dogs.
I loved this place! Super friendly and helpful staff, and my rescue (who is super nervous around new people and loud noises) did great. It took her a couple of minutes to warm up, but she ended up liking it in the end. Lots of different options to choose from shampoo/conditioner wise (conditioner only costs $1 more), and they even had a different extra sensitive shampoo to use towards her face. Two different types of blow dryers, and lots and lots of brushes and combs (and great smelling and safe coat scent boosters) to use at your disposal. I also paid $2 to rent their dremel tool for my pup’s nails, and when she wasn’t having it (she HATES having her nails done), they brought over some nail clippers and powder for us to try instead. After everything was all done, we headed over to the shop side and picked her out some treats (they have a huge selection of food, toys, treats, beds, accessories, and even things for cats) and headed home! I loved taking my pup there and will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future.
I've taken my dog twice, and both times have gone well! She always smells wonderful and looks very floofy (which is my favorite)! I'm not going to lie, my dog is scared of everything, but I found that having all of the shampoo, towels, and a tub with warm water makes bath time go much faster. So it ends up being less anxiety provoking in the long run. Not to mention the staff is incredibly helpful and patient. They will walk you through whatever you need on your first visit.
I had a great experience. I called ahead to check if I could bring my big dog in because he is dog aggressive. They were so helpful and told me their least busy hours and days so I could bring him in with the least stress possible. Even though there were other dogs there he didn't see them and he stayed calm the whole time.
