If you guys are afraid of pretty much any person darker than you I don't know why you're in law enforcement unless it's to kill what you fear. Y'all kidnap white nurses too though so maybe you really are just massively incompetent. I doubt it though. Good people don't become police officers in salt lake city.

This low rating is because of the viral video showing the dirty old bald cop arresting and man handling the nurse that knew the law better than all you bums in cop uniforms and for the wannabe lieutenant who gave us all an insight into what he’s been doing for the last 20+ years. Instead of thanking the nurse for her service those tax parasites put her in chains and threw her in a cage. For any cop who saw the video or who’s been in similar situations and wouldn’t or didn’t man up and do the right thing then you are incompetent as a public servant, law enforcer, keeper of the peace, etc and are better suited to dress up as a cowboy with a plastic gun and handcuffs instead. That way your uniform can better reflect your abilities.

I'm from New York City. The city known for it's rude people but I have never met more rude cops than I have met in this police department. I'm usually someone who tries to give cops the benefit of the doubt but the way officer Thomas Wahlberg handled a simple traffic violation was disgraceful. He comes slamming the hood of our rental scolding and demeaning us for not seeing a barricade that covered only half of the street. Even if we were wrong you don't treat people so disrespectfully. He had a man standing watching us so we won't run off. Like we were criminals. I'm so ashamed of the police officers this country has. His attitude made the situation so hostile when there was absolutely no need for that. He truly has some deep seeded issues and I pray to God he gets some help. I know most cops have inferiority complexes but his was far too much.

I love the South Salt Lake Police Department! They are so responsive and they do such a great job to make this town a better place to live. Keep up the good work!!!

Hey, Cameron. He is likely not parking there just to go inside and grab coffee and donuts as some people might erroneously suggest, The police have what is called "blanket immunity" to cover little things like that so they could protect and serve the community. Sometimes they have to run red lights, cut in front of people, park in a red zone or, as I this case, park on the sidewalk If the officer is parking there to answer a call or to apprehend a suspect, he is covered, so get over yourself. He/she should know better then to park on the sidewalk, regardless of what he/she sees others do. Gees. Be an adult already!.
