Olympus Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. They came out within a week to do an estimate and had a quote to me one day later. I was worried about getting it done before cold weather set in, and know that everyone else would want their work done quickly for the same reason, as well as the building boom in Utah tieing up crews. I shared my concern with Olympus and they shortened the start date from 3 weeks to 8 days. With my steep roof, only certain crews will work on them. When the start day came they showed up with 3 crews and to my total amazement a 3 to 4 day job took ONE day, including tearing off 3 layers, new sheathing and shingling. The workers were like a fine tuned basketball team, talking and coordinating the whole time. Not once did I see a worker wasting time on his cell phone, and they only stopped for 15 minutes for lunch. As for price, roofs are not cheap, but all 4 quotes I got were within 4% so I knew the price was fair. They did everything they said in the contract, they were fully insured, they worked to code, they had no safety issues and used harnesses. They worked hard cleaning up, went over the yard multiple times with magnets and completely filled two dumpsters. I love my new roof and tell all my friends how great of a job Olympus Roofing did.
Guy that came to my house was very friendly and nice. I think they did a good job there's no leaks. But the price is ridiculous. I asked for a breakdown on what I'm paying for and they told me it was 1000 and product and 1300 in labor. There was two men here less than seven hours. If each man gets paid around 500 bucks for seven hours. I would work there but sadly they don't pay there implies that much. I think they just used shingles from a different job. And out the door they overcharge so just in case if it costing theme too much money. And they could not give us specifics on the materials and the man hours. I don't know what company can do that. but probably not a legal one.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I would give a zero if it were possible. If you do not have an expensive job they will not show up. I have tried to get Mike, the guy who gave me the estimate ($800) , to come do the job and he never calls back, his message book is full or he makes appointments and does not show up. This has gone on for six months. I repeat DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
0 stars if i could rate them 0. So far they have missed two appointments for estimate. First appointment completely blew me off. Second appointment snowed a little and the snow melted long before the appointment. Shows me that my time is not important. Lost 2 hours from work.

Had them a few years back do our roof they were competitive in price and thorough in explaining our options when we got a quote. They came did a great job and were considerate about surrounding plants and when job was done they made sure to go around the property to make sure no nails were left behind. We've had several wind storms since and snow and roof still looks new.
