Jason runs a very professional business based on customer service, I was truly impressed. The bid was very competitive but in addition, he promised to deliver a quality result by using top quality materials and paying attention to details on the installation. They did just that. The foreman worked with me to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and he and his team are skilled craftsmen. In fact, they went beyond to be sure all the flashing, trim etc. were done correctly, looked great, painted, yard cleaned up. The Project Manager even followed up with a post completion inspection to be sure everything was correct, clean, and that I was satisfied. Very impressed to find a company that actually does what they promise and strives to deliver a quality product. It was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.
The installers are as professional as Jason and Kim. They even went above and beyond what I expected regarding the details, what I had discussed with Jason, and at no additional cost.
After Shingle Pro finished, Kim scheduled an appointment between Joey and myself that included an inspection that I did not anticipate. Joey inspected the work, the clean up, any damage (there was none) and any questions I remaining questions I had (there were none).
Shingle pro Roofing delivered a fantastic product! The workers were very courteous and cleaned up around the house at the end of each work day. The only slight drawback was it took twice as long as it should have taken. This was due to the size of my roof and only having 2 workers doing all the work. The workers stated they had some of their roofers injured. Other then this, the roof looks wonderful! The detail, painting of metal on the roof, all looks amazing! Thank you guys for a great product!
I solicited six bids to replace my tar/gravel roof with shingles. All the bids were within $1500 of each other, with Shingle Pro in the middle of the pack. The reasons I chose Shingle Pro is first, their professionalism which begins with Jason. The sales pitch was well prepared, informative and cooperative. However, the deciding factor that separated Shingle Pro from the other bidders was the warranty. It is far and above any of the other bidders. Not even close.
I am utterly pleased with Shingle Pro, from start to finish. If you are searching for a professional, at the very least, do your due diligence and invite Shingle Pro to bid on your project.
I was so impressed by our experience with Shingle Pro. They were extremely professional and their workmanship is of the highest quality. We got a bid from them because a neighbor had them replace their roof and you can see the difference in workmanship to other roofs in our neighborhood. The foreman and his crew were so hard working and detail oriented. I always trusted we were getting exactly what we were paying for and the communication with everyone at the company was a pleasure. Their bid wasn’t the lowest we received but also by far not the highest either. I highly recommend Shingle Pro.
Once I had signed the contract, Kim took over. She stayed in contact with me weekly, keeping me informed on the installation due date, amid the ever shifting schedule due to weather and delays on the jobs before mine. When she committed to the date, it was met. No delays, no concerns.
I interviewed and received bids from multiple roofing contractors. I had done my homework and pretty much know what I needed, why I needed it and about what it should cost. Jason knows his business, he never gave me a wrong answer. I am a picky guy and I must say the work was done great. Had 3 guys who were pleasant to work with, arrived on time, stayed until dark (17:30 in November) and paid attention to the small details. I would recommend them to anybody. I feel and know that this was money well spent and was at a competitive price given the quality of the materials they used. Don't hesitate or waste time with more interviews, give Shingle Pro the job, you won't be disappointed.
