I was really happy with the way Cody and his crew took care of my new roof. They had a large crew that worked like a well oiled machine. They stripped off three layers of old roof, put on new wood layering and reshingled the whole job in two days! Really hard workers that knew precisely what to do. Very professional. The roof looks great.
We contacted three different roofing companies to bid on replacing our roof. The first company rep had to be called twice before he showed up. After his bid was submitted, we never heard from him again–no follow-up contact. The second company rep spent five minutes on the roof, took no measurements and gave us a bid on the spot ($4k higher than the first bid.) and again we never heard another word from him. When we contacted Devin at Vertex, he made an appt. for two days later, showed up on time, inspected and measured the roof, made suggestions and gave us a written bid before he left. He made a follow up phone call at which time we accepted his bid. We had to delay the project twice. Devin took it in stride and fit us in as soon as we were ready. The Vertex crew arrived on time the morning of the scheduled date. After removing the old roof and making minor repairs they stayed on site and completed the job in three long days (one day less than the original schedule). We could not believe how meticulous they were and their attention to detail. They cleaned up every day before they left (actually cleaner than when they arrived). They did a spectacular job. The crew was awesome (polite and totally professional). Devin and his staff are the best. WE WOULD RECOMMEND Vertex Roofing Company to everyone who needs a new roof.

Great experience overall! We worked with Devin and the bid came in equal to or less than competitors. The crew worked very fast and did a great job. I had a few questions/complaints at the end of the job, and Devin immediately reached out to me and we had the issues resolved within 24 hours. Very impressive customer service!

Vertex did an outstanding job with my flat roof. Devin bid the project and saw it through to completion. He was professional and knowledgable, and was able to come up with solutions for a number of tricky drainage issues. The crew that did the roof was experienced, courteous, and did a good job with the clean up. (They had been working for Vertex for many years -- a good sign in an industry with a lot of turnover.) The quality of the finished product was excellent, and the pricing was better than the competition. Highly recommended!
