Hours are wrong not open on Sunday
This place is fashionable and always in good supply. The people that work here are usually pretty nice but sometimes you don't luck out.
The two guys who are currently there are very helpful and nice, they repaired my glasses.
Worst customer service. especially from the store manager Marriane. She is rude and never helps out a customer. beware their untrained associates could charge you double for the item. and then it will take forever to get credit back. I would recommend the Fashion Place sunglass hut store. The guys over their are super knowledgeable and helpful. if the manager gets replaced from city creek store then I think it may become better.
I've gotten incredible customer service here. Their return policy is extremely friendly and they replaced my box when it broke no charge. They are awesome!
