While the staff is friendly and seems professional, they are confused about everything and don't seem to understand what they are doing.
I have only used the ATM, the place is always clean. Staff seams friendly to and ive never had a problem. I am on state welfare right now and the card for cash assistance get a free with draw you also can get more then $200 out...
Said they would help me quickly... have me sitting here with five other people, only staffed with one banker and I've been here 50 minutes so far.. DONT COME HERE
I opened an account with Bank of America knowing that there arent any branches in Utah, but with all the features now available with mobile apps i didnt think it would be a big deal, that was until i went to the only ATM Bank of America has in utah and found out it is a cash withdrawal only ATM. Since we were at trolley square and my whole family banks with Chase we walked into the branch and were immediately helped out by Briant Brunisholz who went above and beyond in not only helping me set up an account but also helping my mom out with some charges on her account that shouldnt of been there. It is because of employees like Briant that i can see why my whole family banks with Chase and has been banking with Chase for a very long time. If you are looking to set up an account with Chase this is the branch you need to go to and Briant is the man you want to talk too, he will take care of you and have you walking out the door with a smile on your face.
Usually Chase has really efficient branches. This one is by far the least efficient branch I've been to. Severely understaffed during the rush hour time and had to wait 45 minutes before getting any assistance. Go to any other branch other than this one.
