These jack-offs just recently started handling Kay Jewelers accounts. End result? I'm getting utterly screwed over by these people with high interest rates and fees, dismal customer service at best, and there are very limited payment options. I was "drafted" into having to pay these people money, which is beyond infuriating. Bottom line, AVOID interacting with this bank or any business that they affiliate with. ZERO STARS!!!
As one other review stated the integrity and professionalism of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. Comenity doesn't even a '0' rating. What's bad is you can't submit this review unless you give them one star. I will NEVER buy anything in the future from any business that is affiliated with this bank. The bank told me not to make any payments until they resolved an issue I had with them. Then they charge me $100 in late fees. I will give high praises to Lloyd in customer service. He's the only employee who is a true professional . Praises to Lloyd. I told them to take me out of their database. It's really sad they are located in Ohio. I would never of thought I would say anything bad about Ohio except for the useless 'BROWNS'. Go Buckeyes!
I will never ever sign up with Comenity for another credit card again. They will plain and simple rob you. I was treated with poor customer service on 3 separate occasions and not one person helped me solve my issue.
Worst bank ever. Don't ever get a card from that horrifying bank. They take money out when you don't have any in it so they can get their money. They cannot give you any arrangements when needed and I have had hesitated with them for years now I cannot stand that bank anymore. 0 stars. ZERO!!
This is by far the worse company to deal with! They made false statements my credit report saying I missed 13 payments, I only missed 4! Tried calling them to correct it, was told to file a dispute with the credit bureau. I did that, then was told to file a dispute with the companies dispute office via only a letter in the mail. Seriously... the company makes false credit reporting to my credit report but then makes me jump thru hoops and makes me have to write a letter to the dispute office of the company. This is absolutely ridiculous! When I pulled the companies information up on the BBB there was a lawsuit in 2015 against the company for misleading customers and they were found guilty and made to pay restitution. I wish I would of done better research before dealing with this company! Once my account is paid in full I will be closing it for good and NEVER do business with them again. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR FINANICAL NEEDS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
