My five star rating formed to Casey, who is a phenomenal bartender. This does not discredit A Bar Named Sue, I love this place. Very clean, fun, and there is plenty to do and they have the BEST food. I have been coming here for years and have yet to have a negative experience.
This bar is pretty good on most days, but be careful on Thursdays. The poker dealers are overreacting assholes. They store their extra chips on a usually public table and attack you if you even go near them (every other table was full). The management needs to reconsider the kind of people they employ.
Casey makes the BEST drinks and has a great sense of humor. He has a way of making everyone feel comfortable. I would highly suggest stopping in for a bite to eat and a good drink. Look for the tall, burley, bearded man!
Hipster/college/middle aged scene. Good drinks and beer, decent food as well. Not half bad, but kind of hidden away.
Always great place for lunch before all the crazyness!!!! One of my favorite places to grab a brew and a grilled cheese w/bacon may I add and the fries are always made fresh to order!! Ask for ma boy James he'll lead you in the right direction!
The bar is actually underground, which is interesting. But it's not as big as I thought it would be. Went with my wife and a friend. Stayed for as long as we could but eventually left a bit early. Parking is ridiculous though. But they do have gluten free beer. A must for me.
