My second home, because I basically live here.. they've the most amazing staff, chic & relaxed environment, as well as the hugest wine selection for a heavily regulated Utah state. They even keep their cool and the drinks flowing steadily when say a 200,000+ ppl convention is in-town for a week and you didn't know but somehow still are able to get a place to sit at (which is down right magically delicious & amazing). The somelier was very knowledgeable and friendly, the wine and the food were both absolutely phenomenal, and the atmosphere was relaxed and sophisticated. The wine on tap is one of the coolest things I've seen at a bar of any kind!
We had a lovely romantic evening, great choice of wine, although very expensive compared to English prices. We shared a great cheese board and humas and dips. Lovely staff.
