Ive had such a good experience at this store. The workers are so sweet and helpful. I came in for an English book and was helped right away to find it and check out! I also forgot when my book return was and didn't have the book with me to check, so i called the store and a super nice worker was so nice and told me it wasn't due til Dec. 19 and told me to hurry and return it so I wouldn't get charged and could buy myself a nice Christmas present!!! SO NICE! Would recommend this store to college students!
I would give 0 stars if I could. This store is horrible, I bought a book for a $100 from them and ended up dropping the class and didn't realize they had deadline to return books.. I thought the manager would be understanding since I've shopped there before but he wasn't. He wanted to give me $35, the price of a used book when it was clearly NEW still had the wrapping around it and I had my receipt with me!! Also the amount of cash back they give you for your used books is ridiculous, they wanted to give me $4 for two books that were clearly over $100. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They RIP STUDENTS OFF. Stick to KSL or facebook.
It's alright if you need a book super quick for a few bucks less than college bookstore prices, but of course you can easily find cheaper online, if you can wait.
Their prices are only slightly lower than the college bookstore. It seems like they have people go over and check the bookstore prices before setting their prices, because every one of their books are only a few dollars less. Customer service is terrible and they offer pennies for used books.
I'm a fan of Pjs. The staff know where your books are, or if they are out of stock when you tell them what class you have. They are usually a buck cheaper than the college bookstore in my experience.
