the 3 three visits I have had are consistent. Staff is friendly and prompt and its been easy to talk to Tony. Tony is warm, professional and if not able to purchase the book always full of additional information and options. I highly recommend his store. Great location!
Sort of a mashup between a used book store, historic book collection (mostly historic & rare Mormon books) and indie books. Not the widest selection, but very nice staff who will take their time with you. Also the owner is awesome. I had a lengthy conversation with him when he recognized my last name and my father who also used to frequent the store. The owner definitely cares about his curstomers.
It is the most organised used bookstore in the United States. It's cozy, clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable on books. Special ordering here is easy and fast, as they purportedly have more books off-site. If they don't have it at Barnes and Noble, they'll have it here.
I loved it in it's previous form and location, and I love this one too. It's such a great book store. I recommend a visit if you're a book lover!
I only gave it five stars because six isn't an option. Weller Book Works is the ultimate book store -- a great selection, fantastic atmosphere, and convenient location overseen by a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Tony and Catherine are icons in the book world and a visit to their store is a MUST if you appreciate the written word.
