Incredible Chinese food, I have been here a dozen times or so at this point and everything I have tried has been amazing. Huge portions of spectacular food for cheap, cannot ask for anything more!
First of all as many have said, they don't have the best service. Here's the thing though, I wouldn't expect great service when I'm paying basically Panda Slaughterhouse's price for actual food. And by the way, Chinese people, my people, are not known for great customer service.
The best food ever. Second time visiting, took the family and they were impressed even more so than I am.
The flavor was really good, and the place had many different choices that were all quick and delicious. The service was good for us, but the hostess was on the phone the whole time and made it difficult to try to order or ask for something. Two stars came off for the fact that I was overcharged. Good food but watch your bill.
Now let's talk about food. They have the best Chinese food in Salt Lake City or even Utah. That's 5 stars right there. Even by Vegas or LA (both with huge Chinese population) standard it still deserves 4 stars. And they actually give you enough food, something most Chinese restaurants in Utah don't do. Did I say they have great price? Last time I had quality Chinese food for that cheap was in pre-recession Vegas and today you can hardly find the same price in LA.
Definitely a no frills hole in the wall family run restaurant. But this is by far one of the best places in Utah to get good dim sum, duck and crab. Fried rice is always spot on and our family is always stuffed. And the prices are also very reasonable. Our family of 4 most of the time spend less than $30 including tip. Of course we spend more I'd we go for lobster, crab or duck but even then, nothing outrageous.
