Gus was very fair and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He repaired things for free that I never would have expected when buying a used car. The only caveat is that the service department is a bit slow and sometimes doesn't communicate very well.
These are the best guys and will bend over backwards to help you out no matter what. I recommended them to my boss because I would put my work reputation on the line due to the customer service and the deals they give.
My name is actually Gabe and I normally do not use my real name online unless there is good reason to. I have to say Car City gave me such a GREAT experience that I have to use it for this review! I looked around for a car for quite a while; online and in person. I happened to by driving by Car City one night and saw a Toyota Camry I couldn't believe. This car was CLEAN! I took a photo of the VIN and ran it online... CLEAN! So I proceeded to visit again the next day and met Gus. Well Gus, YOU ROCK! Gus made me feel comfortable and not under pressure. He is a very nice person and easy to work with. I asked him for some time to think about it and get to get my finances in order. I came back and found someone else looking at the car, uh oh. Well with God's grace and Gus's HONESTY, he handed me the keys and said you were here first, go for that test drive and let me know what you want to do. Thank you Gus because after the test drive I purchased the car and am thrilled! I even got a warranty which cemented my faith in Car City. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH GUS AND CAR CITY! Very bad service. Scamming people out of money and not honoring their contracts, if you are looking at this dealership beware. You need to find somewhere else to go.
I was looking for a good used car for my teen daughter. Car City had the car we were looking for. I inspected the car and found several flaws that can be expected in a used 10 y/o car. I told Gus about the problems I had found with the tires and the air conditioning. I made an offer on the car that was less than the asking price. Gus took the car and had his mechanic fix all the problems with the car including a good set of tires and fixing the air conditioning. I thought Gus would want the full price for the car. Gus came way down on the price and we got it for only a little more that what I offered. The car is great and in excellent condition for the age. I will come here again when I need a great used car for my kids to drive. Thanks Gus for being exceptional and thank your mechanic for fixing up the car.
