Everyone was really friendly to begin with. Right when I walked in Agent Christopher Miller approached me and he was on it right away. All 3 cars that he had me test drive in was all great. I'm really bad with decisions but with his help, choosing which car I love wasn't difficult at all. I loved it all, great customer service and thanks to the agent I was working with for helping me get the car that I like. They were really great with helping my wife and I find the right car for our family. The customer service is great and I feel like we got a decent deal. The financial advisor Cash even helped us get a better rate through our bank.
An overall satisfactory experience was tainted by the methodology, the sales system of the $500 charge added on to the sale price at the at the negotiation portion of the process.
After 20 years of training sales people and business people in ethical business practices my judgment is that it is a bit of a difficulty that you can overcome and still live up to the promise of no hassle buying.
My purchase was a simple cash sale of an inexpensive vehicle that we needed as a extra vehicle at a second location and as such it wasn't that big a deal. I think for some people that $500 would represent a significant breach of trust even if the very good sales people are able to cover it up my experience over the years is that people remember that part of the process.
Awesome dealership great customer service most of the transaction can be done via website easy to use lots of services functions well. They aren't pushy used vehicle sales dealer, they have you apply for financing see what your approved for then show your options while trying to fulfill all your specifications you want or need for your new ride. They work with bad credit they were able to get me into a new car n loan without a co-signer. If they were able to get me into a loan then they should be able to for you, because I have horrible credit and history. The car I bought is a great car super nice and warranted for 3 years... Legit!
